The Balanced Plan proposed by Panattoni provides evidence of the developer’s strong desire to listen to the residents of Roseville. Through community meetings and forums, Panattoni provided opportunities to listen and gain input from concerned Roseville residents. As the project enters the project submittal phase, I am confident Panattoni will remain available for community questions as they arise. I look forward to following the developments on this project and its potential impacts on our connecting neighborhood.

When the residents of Westpark spoke up in resistance to a planned industrial park in our community, Panattoni took what we said to heart.They realized that that community deeply cared about what was planned for the site. With community input, Panattoni altered the vision for the site and made a plan that was both resident and business friendly. This new vision was far different than what Panattoni typically builds and showed their ability to not just be another developer, but one that works with community that live around their projects. We look forward to the next steps in the process as we build a better city together.

My experience with Panattoni during the redesign of the Phillip Road Site has shown me that they are committed to listening and working closely with the community to find a balance that works well for everyone in West Roseville. The Panattoni group has withdrawn their initial proposal due to the concerns of the community. Thereafter, they engaged in multiple small community meetings with residents to redesign a new plan that reflects and aligns with the community’s needs. This proves their eagerness to partner with the community to find solutions that better fit the communities wants and needs. Their new plans clearly address the communities concerns and I’m looking forward to continuing the process with Panattoni on this project.
